I can’t believe it took so long to find this place! My grandmother (mom’s side) has had so much trouble in her house and since I’m her poa, I thought that I would have to make a decision about her care that would not be popular with the rest of the family: putting her in a nursing home. This is someone who doesn’t even like the idea of having to go to a senior day care, so I figured my family was going to be upset. Then I discovered Paradise Gardens Care Homes. I looked at a few places, but Paradise Gardens was by far the best one that I looked at. They were friendly and went way beyond what the others that I looked at could do. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
Thank you, thank you, thank you! Paradise in-home care is a great help for my mom and she loves her caregiver. Three days a week, she has someone come over and help her do the little things around her apartment that she can’t do on her own. It’s so nice to know that someone is looking after her when I can’t be there. They’re always on time and very professional. Not all of the previous caregivers were like that… My only complaint, and it’s a minor one, is that they do not provide medical care. They will help provide transportation to appts, though!

I work nights sometimes, and there aren’t many places that are able to provide care during the night time. I checked around, and those that did wanted super high rates for it. Paradise had the most reasonable prices, so I decided to go with them. It was a good choice! My grandpa loves his helper and always says nice things about her when I ask him. She comes right to the house and I’ve never had a problem. It’s really nice to know that he can get help in the middle of the night if I’m not there with him. Thanks guys!
We have been using PIHC for over half a year and are very pleased with our caregiver Yoli. She is extremely attentive, helps with dishes, showers the little old lady, and reminds us of medication if needed. Most important, she provides excellent companionship for my mom who moved in with us from out of town a year ago. Care coordinator Zeny keeps up with our variable needs and is good at arranging care when ‘last minute’ needs arise. Best local care provider we have found.
If you are looking for the very best in elder care, Paradise In Home Care is the best in all of the San Francisco area. They have fully trained staff members that are paid by the company. If you’ve ever gone through a referral service to get care, you know that they might be unreliable. Many independent caregivers do not have a lot of formal training and Paradise has corrected this problem by only hiring and deploying the very best workers. On top of that, all of their workers are given background checks and they are all fully insured and bonded. This is a must for protecting their clients and themselves. Paradise is a great service!
Mike was so helpful in getting dad set up with care. Instead of paying thousands of dollars per month for the nursing home we were looking at, he told me that we could save money and let dad stay at home at the same time. It wasn’t even something I’d thought about, but it has been a huge deal for my dad. He’s a lot happier because he’s at home, and he still gets all the help he needs around the house. I’m so thankful for this service and I hope that other families realize that nursing homes are not always the best answer.

Paradise has an awesome staff. From calling them up and setting up an appointment to actually getting care set up for my mother, the process was easy and hassle free. We’d already been through a lot with mom and this was one last headache that we had to deal with! Very helpful. If you’re looking for a care service that really cares about the people that they work with (including families), and not just about making money, this is worth looking at. I’m not sure what regions they go to, but if you live in the Bay area, they will probably be able to come right to your home and help you with the care and help you want.
